Before you subscribe
Check a representative source using the trial. Source availability and output quality vary. A paid plan removes the trial quota, but website output remains limited to 2 GB with one active preparation per browser session or purchase. Prepared files expire after an hour. The service cannot promise every source or an instant completion time.
How payment works
Stripe hosts checkout. Paid access depends on a verified server notification; returning to a success page alone does not grant access. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. The annual plan is billed once each year, not in monthly instalments. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for access while FIRST operates the relevant service.
Cancellation and help
Use the Manage billing control on the purchasing browser, or restore purchases with an email link, or contact support. Removing an extension or deleting browser cookies does not cancel a subscription. Review the billing and refund policy and your checkout confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
