Try three successful downloads without a FIRST account: available video up to 720p or MP3 at 128 kbps. Higher quality is PRO. Supported source access and the 2 GB output limit still apply.
Read the complete practical guide ↗A vertical reel is designed around its aspect ratio. Stretching or cropping can remove captions, faces and other important context. FIRST keeps available source characteristics; it does not promise watermark removal, a clean production master or image detail that the original source lacks.
A creator’s permission for the video may not cover every piece of music included in it. Confirm the rights needed for the specific project and distribution. An MP3 export changes the format, not the licence. For a campaign asset that will be published, request the approved original from the creator.
Saving a reel within a platform can help you find it again, but that is not the same as keeping a playable file on your device. After FIRST finishes preparation, use Save to my device and check the local result. The prepared server link expires after one hour.
Paste the individual reel’s HTTPS sharing link. A profile or collection URL may not identify a supported single recording.
FIRST does not accept account credentials or bypass audience restrictions. Use an authorised creator export when the source is not accessible.
Each successful video or audio export uses one of the three guest slots, regardless of duration. Failed or cancelled preparation does not use a completed-download slot.
FIRST is independent of the source platforms. A technical format result is not rights clearance. Use content you own or have permission to save.
