Creator programme terms

Applying and participating

You must be at least 18, provide an accurate email and public creator channel, verify your email and be approved before receiving active campaign links. Participation does not make you an employee, agent or representative of FIRST. You are responsible for your taxes and lawful promotional activity.

Customer offer and attribution

New customers who accept an eligible creator referral offer receive 10% off their first payment. Offers cannot be combined. The first accepted referral is stored against that browser’s session for 30 days. Attribution does not follow someone across devices automatically. Existing customers, self-referrals, fraudulent purchases and unaccepted or expired offers are excluded. Deleting browser storage can prevent attribution.

Commission schedule

Monthly subscriptions earn 15% in months 1–6, 10% in months 7–9 and 5% in months 10–12, starting with the customer’s first eligible paid subscription. No commission accrues after the first 12 calendar months. Annual payments are allocated over their paid service period and weighted by the applicable rates and days within the first year. Lifetime purchases earn a single 15% commission. There is no recurring lifetime commission.

Eligible revenue and reversals

Commissions are calculated in the sale currency, rounded to the nearest cent, on eligible collected revenue after discounts and excluding tax. Trial activity, failed payments and unpaid invoices earn nothing. Refunds, chargebacks and fraud can reverse pending or previously paid commissions. Any resulting overpayment may be deducted from future payouts or must be returned. The dashboard is a reporting record, subject to reconciliation against Stripe payment records.

Review and payout

Earnings have a minimum 30-day hold. FIRST reviews the referred sale, refunds and promotional compliance before approving payment. Payouts are arranged manually with the creator; FIRST does not collect bank details through this dashboard. An approved balance is not confirmation that money has been sent. A paid record includes a payment reference. Contact support to arrange payout or dispute a calculation. No earnings or conversion rate is guaranteed.

Honest promotion

Clearly and prominently disclose that your link is an affiliate link and that you may earn a commission. Follow the advertising rules of your country and each platform. No spam, misleading claims, impersonation, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, purchased fake traffic, incentivised reviews, self-referrals or unauthorised use of third-party trademarks. Promote lawful saving of authorised media and do not encourage circumvention of access restrictions.

Data and account access

FIRST stores your email, password hash, channel details, application decision, terms acceptance, campaign links and earnings records. A visitor must accept a referral offer before campaign attribution is saved. Visit deduplication uses a pseudonymous browser-session hash; IP addresses are not stored in affiliate visit records. Creators receive aggregate campaign counts and their own earning records, not referred customers’ emails or video links. Authorised administrators can review creator identities and programme records. Account sessions and verification links are private. Payment and referral records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling under the website privacy policy; you can contact support about your data rights.

Suspension, changes and ending participation

FIRST may suspend links or reject fraudulent or misleading activity, explain the reason where practical, and review disputed decisions. You can stop sharing links and ask support to close your participation. Valid existing earned amounts remain subject to review and reversals. Material future programme changes will be communicated before applying; the schedule recorded for an already attributed sale remains attached to that sale. FIRST may end the programme prospectively without guaranteeing future referrals.

General terms

The website terms, privacy policy, acceptable use and copyright policies also apply. Mandatory consumer or other legal rights are not excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory local protections. Please contact support first so we can investigate a disagreement.
